Yes â contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp or phone. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we can modify or cancel it at no charge. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible but you may arrange a return.
There is no minimum order. However, orders above UGX 50,000 qualify for free delivery in Kampala.

Wakiso, Mukono, Entebbe: Same or next day.
Other districts: 1â3 business days via courier service.
Delivery within Kampala is FREE on orders over UGX 50,000. For orders below that, delivery is UGX 5,000. Nationwide delivery outside Kampala is UGX 10,000 flat. Click & Collect (Kampala) is always free.
Yes! We deliver to all 45 districts of Uganda. Some remote areas may take an extra day. Contact us before ordering if you're in a very remote location.
We'll send you an SMS or WhatsApp message once your order is dispatched, including the delivery person's name and phone number for Kampala orders.

We accept exchanges for wrong sizes within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn and in original packaging. Contact us via WhatsApp to arrange an exchange. If the sizing error was ours, we'll cover the exchange delivery cost.
Absolutely! We carry sizes from XS all the way to 3XL for underwear and nightwear, and bra sizes from 30A up to 44E. We believe in inclusive sizing for all body types.

Yes. Mobile money transactions are processed through secure encrypted channels. If you prefer, you can always choose cash on delivery â you only pay when your order arrives at your door.
We currently don't offer installment plans. However, for bulk orders or special circumstances, contact us to discuss flexible arrangements.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items that are: unworn, untagged, in original packaging, and not intimate hygiene items (thongs/G-strings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons). Contact us via WhatsApp to initiate a return.
Message us on WhatsApp (+256 700 123 456) with your order details and reason for return. We'll arrange pickup in Kampala, or ask you to ship it back for other districts. Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned item.

Privacy & Packaging
Yes â absolutely. Every order is packaged in plain, unmarked packaging. There is no product name, our brand name or any content description on the outside of the package. Only your name and delivery address are visible.
Never. Your personal information (name, phone, address) is used only to process and deliver your order. We do not sell or share customer data with any third parties.
Yes! Gifting is one of our most popular use cases. Select a gift box at checkout, add a personal message card (optional), and we'll deliver it directly to the recipient in our signature discreet packaging. We can also gift-wrap with tissue paper and a ribbon for a premium presentation.
